Over the past two years, Aberdeenshire YMI musician Adam Usmani has worked closely with the inspiring young people of the YPOC Group (Young Person’s Organising and Campaigning Group) to create something truly special. Together, they’ve channelled their creativity and passion into a powerful campaign that shines a light on the negative impact of stigma.
Their collaboration has resulted in an outstanding film, “Misunderstood,” which gives voice to their experiences and challenges perceptions in a way that is both moving and thought-provoking. Alongside the film, the group has also produced a behind-the-scenes documentary, offering a fascinating insight into their creative process and the teamwork that brought their vision to life.
