See how oatmeal used to be ground in this typical 19th-century Scottish meal mill. Sandhaven meal mill is unique in that all the machinery survives, including the electric motor which provided power in the last years of its working life. Other fittings include a built-in hinged top desk used by the miller. The attraction offers guided tours and a working demonstration model.
