What inspired you to take up your sport?
My mum who was professional table tennis player.
Which club did you start your sporting journey with?
Turriff ans District Table Tennis Club.
What has been your biggest challenge in your sporting journey, and how did you overcome this?
Handle the pressure of tournaments.
What are your goals for the coming year?
To be a part of the GB squad.
What does your training programme involve, and does this impact on other areas of your life?
Everyday training. Home, Aberdeen Sports Village or Scottish Squad Training in Largs. No time for anything else.
What skills do you have that have helped you succeed in your sport?
Reflect, good coordination and dedication in to practice.
How many competitions do you plan to compete in?
As many as possible. At least every month. Next big one is British Secondary Scholes Championship in Jersey( June) and European Youth Championship in Ostrawa Czech Republic ( July).
How do you deal with setbacks in your sport, whilst training or competing?
Practice more.
Who is your biggest inspiration from the world of sport?
Adriana Dias Purto Ricao table tennis player.
What is your greatest achievement in your sport?
Under 19 Scottish Champion and Runner Up of
Ladies Scottish Champion at the age of 16
What helps you to stay motivated and focused during your training?
Trying to be the best.
What advice would you give to others just starting out in any sport?
Just have fun and keep training.
